Hi Team, Would we be able to look at enhancing the folio document to enable keyword search for specific documents. Currently in Site Travel documents the field 'Reason for Travel' translates to the 'Description' field on the task page. This enables the keyword search. This is extremely valuable as it allows the team to work on specific projects/GB's that may be submitted by different users and exclude workflows not related. In a Folio document the 'Reason for travel' field is not linked to the 'Description' field which limits how we can search and process bulk works. Please refer to INX ticket #56513 for further history and examples.

Hi Team, Can we please review if we can add a linked breadcrumb to the new SAM formatting to allow faster and easier navigation. Firstly I love the new appearance and side menu, but one thing I have noticed is the users click load has increased now we are scrolling backwards through the menus rather than having a cascading menu. Take for example SAM | Reports | People | Transport Audit and SAM | Reports | Transport | Transport Audit, as there is 2 final pages if you wish to confirm you are in the correct area you will need to scroll backwards to confirm the file path, or press on the home icon to navigate to the start. By adding a breadcrumb at the top, this would allow easy confirmation and navigation if you wish to backtrack 2-3 pages rather then clicking multiple times to navigate. When using the multiple reschedule function on SAM > Transport, the top left-hand corner (box to tick) indicates an option to keep existing shift status, prior to processing multiple reschedule function. However - it does not allow to keep the existing shift status - proceed button doesn't work. Could we have the option enabled ? so the box can ticked, multiple reschedules processed and the existing shift visuals remail intact. This is effective, efficient and accurate for cleaning purpose also -

Hi team, would it be possible to add in the below fields to the group booking creation page: Priority Priority Verified (to be a tick box only) Owner's email Would we also be able to make the below changes to existing fields Change "Description" to "Request #" Move the "Camp" field to be before where "Name" is currently situated These would cover all bases of information as well as assist with future enhancements with automating notifications.

Hi Team, Can we add a field into Folio/Site travel documents for group booking numbers which can be trackable in an SRF Report? This will assist us to accurately reflect rooms used in group bookings at the time of booking and also when confirming rooms available when looking back. I've attached a photo as an idea of where the field could be put. Ideally this would also link to SAM to remove a room from said group booking and create an error message should the date range in the request be different than the group booking or there are no available rooms/transports in that group booking.

Can we please have the SRF249 include the field 'ResID'. In SAM when downloading a bulk profile update we can see this unique identifier field, and we would like this added to the SRF249 as a part of an integration we are doing with Gallagher. It would be used to understand when a SAM profile has changed from a VIS* to an employee ID and Gallagher can merge the profile data instead of creating a duplicate. Thank you - Adam.

The email address on a traveller's SAM Profile to be restricted so that spaces before/after the email address cannot be accepted. There have been instances of failed to book errors with CBAPI relating to 'invalid email address' and majority of these is due to a space after the email address. EG. ' johnsmith@gmail.com ' If this field could restrict someone even adding a space, that would be great.

Accommodation Arrivals/Departures Pages - Either have a new high-level filter or enhance existing Transport Filter. If new high-level filter is the better option, then the ability to filter on Flights, Drives AND add Room Moves. Or enhance existing Transport Filter to include Room Moves. This will enable better traction on the TRUE (in-house) room moves but also those camp moves (Arrival to Camp without a DRV Transport record). Another note - Room Moves should also show the No Show tick-box. Can INX please provide information on why this is not an existing option?
