Log in details are different for INX and the Moodle Integration. This is very confusing for our users as often they can't differentiate between the two systems - they see LMS/Moodle as part of INX. It's hard for them to remember all the different formats for their usernames, even if they set the password the same.

Background of Issue: It is common for previous employees to request their training history once they have departed. General process would be to cease all roles (by using the overall profile Ceased Date), but this prevents any training records to appear at all. Request for Change: To enable us to act as good corporate citizens (and easily provide our employees with their training history), can we request the creation of a single PDF report, which shows the 'Active' Employee Training - excluding any archived records (in PDF format). Also, as it stands, the report only includes those referenced by a role - can it also include all training history (provided that it is not a renewed record?)

In many organisations, the management of training records is essential for compliance, skill development, and organisational growth. However, the diverse array of LMS' and record-keeping systems used within our organisation often leads to fragmented data and inefficiencies. To streamline this process and establish a single source of truth, we'd like to implement a CSV data upload feature within InTuition. By integrating the CSV data upload capability, InTuition can function as the only source of truth for managing training records, ensuring heightened accuracy in our reporting via PowerBI. Feature Details: Must haves: Bulk Data Import: Enable users to upload multiple lines of training records data via a CSV file. This feature will significantly reduce the time and effort required for MANUAL data entry, especially for large volumes of training records. Nice to haves: Flexible Data Mapping: Provide a user-friendly interface that allows users to map the columns in the CSV file to corresponding fields within InTuition. This flexibility ensures compatibility with various formats and structures of CSV files exported from different LMS and record-keeping systems. Validation and Error Handling: Implement robust validation mechanisms to ensure data integrity and accuracy during the import process. Identify and flag any errors or inconsistencies within the CSV file, enabling users to rectify issues before finalising the import. Preview and Review: Offer users the ability to preview the data from the CSV file before initiating the import process. This preview functionality allows users to verify the data mapping and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the accuracy of the imported records. Historical Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive audit trail of all imported training records, including details such as the date of import, user responsible for the import, and any subsequent modifications made to the imported data. This historical tracking feature enhances transparency and accountability within the system.

Enable customization of emails from InTuition to include Moodle link. Personnel are told to review a procedure, but they are directed to InTuition. We should be able to, within that email, direct them to Moodle.

Background: Request the development (if there isn’t one already) of an audit log for the allocation of CCP requirements to roles. Currently, we have an adhoc view (CCP Role Requirement - Custom), which gives us an overview of the role requirements (it only shows the most recent update) – including CCP name and site entry required etc., as per below (screen shot 1 with yellow). Request for Change: Essentially, we would want the audit log to look something like the below - screen shot 2: (Note the changes made in each record in pink highlight below). The reason that we need this is to enable us to keep track of all changes that are being made to roles etc. on a daily basis, and also to be able to identify who is making changes and when they are being made. Currently, we are having to keep a manual list which is time consuming.

Background: Currently any user with 'write' access (such as Sub Editor) has the ability to delete person CCP's. This is problematic when a user deletes the record and as there is no audit logs, previous request logged here ( https://ideas.inxsoftware.com/intuition/p/intuition-audit-logs-for-role-ccp-requirements ) Request for Change: Make a system change, so that no person except System Administrators can delete Person CCP's.

The system allows the nominations even if the course capacity is reached. There is a pop-up to inform that the course capacity is exceeded but we need that the system stops the nominations if the course capacity is reached.

It would be helpful to have a CCP filter in the course calendar. It aims to have only the training events related to Compliances or Competencies or Procedures

Currently, we can submit training nomination to complete a course even if the role doesn't require this course. It would be better if the system stops the training nomination submission or request an approval from another person to accept the submission. This option will be helpful to us so the people who will submit nomination will focus on their required CCP.
