Hello, we are requiring having at least 3 more risk assessment codes

Ability to assign a scheduled event to more than one person

We are requesting an update to INX to increase the character limit for the Workgroup field from 70 characters to 255 or more. We’ve encountered situations where the current limit is insufficient or our organization, especially when entering longer workgroup names. Expanding the limit will help accommodate these entries and improve usability for all organizations using INX.

Background of Issue: Currently, if i want to close an action, I have to navigate to the event, go to actions tab, find my action, then edit, then add detail, then save it. Combine that with sometimes an event could have 50+ actions - very difficult for end user. Request for Change: For me as an actionee, I click on "My Actions" from InTray. On that screen, can we add a button that directly opens the Action Editor for that event action (with the appropriate fields) so that an Actionee can complete the action, without actually having to open the event. Obviously, from that screen, the user can open the event if they need to review the specifics of the event etc., I feel this is simply a way for a person to streamline the action closure process.

After the Action Editor mandatory fields have been completed and saved (i.e. Followup Action:, Responsibility:, Due Date:) make the Actionee Comments cell mandatory. This will make sure the responsible person makes comment before completing the action.

Background: Currently, as is commonplace, we have many different categories for risk assessments (Safety, Environment, Cost, Reputation etc.), but the field is limited to 1024 characters. This is an issue, as we then need to shorten our descriptions to make them fit, which can result in descriptions not making sense to the end user. Request for Change: Make this field be able to record much larger. As the field height in the webpage is already dynamic, my presumption is that we can change the character limit in the DB to be larger without significant issue? Another option would be that we can specify a risk descriptor based on selected category, type, or subtype combinations, so that the end user will only see the description based on the selection?

As per attached, want the character limit increased so more info can be added and the whole the data field can be used.

If the assignee changed the due date, can a notification email be sent to the assignor? So the assignor is aware of the changes.

Inactive people who still have event user security applied to their profile show in drop-down list when adding new information in Injury tab of an event. Obviously there is the need to retain historical data but inactive profiles should not show in the list when entering new events.

Submitters do not get notified when events are closed and therefore have no oversight of the event they reported. Create an option for events to email the submitter when event is closed.
