INX InForm

Enable a filer by responsible INX InForm User under Obligations and Conditions sections of the module, similar to the tasks section where you can filter on responsible INX InForm User.

When changing the owner of a large number of obligations the only way to find them is to run a report and search for them individually.

We require the ability to add more than one person as the person responsible for a task due to having persons sharing a role (i.e. back-to-back swings) and running the risk of the task reminder being missed if they are off swing.

Similar to when browsing conditions under obligation section, we can export conditions but unable to export tasks under the specific obligation. A good improvement is to also enable the user to export all 'tasks' under an obligation.

We require more information to be added to the email notifications associated with a task. It would be helpful to have the condition and/or obligation title included to give Verifiers more information about the task before having the click on the link, especially with the rise in phishing attempts. It would also be helpful to be able to design the email layout to make it more reader friendly.

Allow for the end-user to configure which colours can be used for sentiment options within the InForm reports. To include more than 3 colours to enable usage with other sentiment indexes.

More flexibility for adding custom fields to the communication tab and not just for stakeholder & topic tabs.
