Clients hosted by INX have a separate username and password held in the User Management Tool (UMT). People are unable to change their INX password if they have forgotten it, because they have to login to INX to access the UMT. At the moment a Client Administrator has to go into the UMT and send the person a password reset email. It would be simpler if a link to the UMT was included in the INX login dialogue box, as the login dialogue box for the UMT has a Forgotten Password function. A workaround for this is to have a link to the UMT on the Intranet that allows people to reset their forgotten password but this can be a bit cumbersome.
