We're currently facing challenges with late flight and accommodation bookings for our staff. These last-minute changes create difficulties for our transport and camp teams in making timely arrangements. To address this issue, we propose implementing a system that allows us to configure cut-off times for various booking requests, including: Mobilization requests Change requests New booking requests InFlight roster updates Ad-hoc bookings By setting specific deadlines, such as a 24-hour window for mobilization requests, we can ensure that our teams have ample time to prepare and coordinate necessary arrangements. We believe that implementing this feature will significantly improve operational efficiency and reduce last-minute stress.
