To complete the post flight manifest reporting with airline integration. When passengers are Go Shows (added to manifest before flight close), on a paper manifest - they are reported as Go Show status. SAM & Carrier Booking integration should be enhanced to display these passengers, in majority of cases they should be able to link to a SAM Profile with name, frequent flyer number or personal mobile number. It would be very rare to have a Go Show who does not have a profile in SAM. This would provide SAM with full post flight manifest reporting. And when a passenger is rescheduled to an earlier flight by the airline themselves, it would be amazing if the integration still marked the passenger as a No Show on the original flight confirmed in SAM and then marked them as a Go Show on the flight they actually travelled on. In instances where the flight is not active in SAM, integration to create the service and place passenger on that flight they actually travelled on. This ensures SAM is matching actual travel and we can report on those instances where bookings are moved by airlines.
