We would like to have the job title of the person attending site to be added to the Personal Details page as a mandatory box when mobilising to site. This box should be present within InTuition/InFlight and +Process mobiisation requests. This is to assist the site admins, OHN and trainers / compliance officers. With the addition it will enable admins to select the correct roles for the personnel, OHN can review medicals effectively knowing what role the person is coming to site to complete and compliance / trainers can ensure the contractor or employee has what they need to work safely onsite/be site compliant. This could sit next to the 'Employer' box.

Background of Issue: Significant Time and Effort goes into the maintenance of personnel user within all Core INX Modules. the idea below I am proposing I estamate would reduce manual management of user access by around 75%. Suggestion for Improvement: We have built role significant role structure (for example 'Site'-'Department'-'Position') - with aligns our training needs in InTuition. These roles are also able to be used to define specific access types as well as company level required. Create the ability for a specific role to be configured with system accesses, so that when a person is added to the role, they inherit all access levels. Once ended, their access is removed. I think you would need to create a 'Automatically Assigned' and 'Manually Assigned' flag (and only the automatic access will be automatically removed).

Currently there is no option available to generate a report or obtain information from INX for users that have been inactive in INX for a period of time. It would be very useful is there was a functionality to generate such a report. This will ensure to stay within the allowed users for the company.

Merge people profiles, where changes cascade across all modules. Would save so much time dealing with inevitable duplicate people records.

Background: Significant Time and Effort is Required to 'clean up' inadvertent/duplicated profiles. Especially when using +Process. Request for Change: Ability to go to an Admin Section, which will allow a System Administrator to search for a person, then if they choose to, the system will go and look at all possible joins, then delete all records. Including, but obviously not limited to: InControl - Events, Injuries, Persons Involved; InTuition - Roles, Training Events, Person CCP's (and attachments); InFlight - Rosters, Adhoc Bookings, Flights, Accommodation; +Process - Workflow Records This obviously is not aimed to remove an admin, or large scale user, just a way that we can easily cleanup duplicated, or unwanted profiles with a small number of joins.

Within the Personal Details section, would like to have an extra box for 'Preferred Name', preferably this could be searchable as well.

Having an automated process to deactivate profiles based on certain parameters will save a large amount of admin overhead and help clients to keep within their APPs contractual requirements. I envisage a page in the Administration section that allows clients to change the parameters such as: The number of days that people have not had a work status for (eg 30 days from today) The number of days that people have not completed any training (eg 30 days from today) A flag to include anyone that has a level of security in any of the INX modules or not (our site would prefer to not auto deactivate people with security, we'd manage these people through a manual process to ensure that InControl events, scheduled reports, etc are all reassigned and then security removed and the profile deactivated) It should also include the ability to AND / OR any of the above statements. In addition, it should include an option to indicate how often the deactivation script is run (ie daily, once a week/fortnight/month, every 3 months).
