INX Preserve

In the site health map, I am currently unable to discern points which sit in the exact same position (i.e. points where there are multiple types of sampling which sit in the exact same position- for us this is dust and soil points). Similar to one of the below issues (site health map zoom), this stands in the way of the site health map actually being functional for these points, as they are unable to be viewed or selected on the map, and alerts are not visible for the point which sits below. Due to this, we are not receiving the service which was paid for, and again, this does not match the high level of product that was expected when engaging INX Preserve to create a monitoring platform for our company. To remedy this, is it possible to have the points 'pop out' when selected, so that more than one can viewed when clicking the point? As an alternative solution, I could offset the GPS points, however am not keen to do this, as it would misrepresent the actual real-life position of the monitoring points. We engaged preserve under the impression this map could be a representation of our real life monitoring, and can be viewed by our 'view only' users (management) with an understanding of what is actually happening on the ground. Please remedy this.

Implement everywhere (insights filters, page filters etc)

Turnaround time can only be created by a Preserve Manager currently. But since any Preserve user can create a CoC and selecting a pre-defined turnaround time (defined by a Preserve Manager) is an optional field that needs to be filled before publishing a CoC, selecting a turnaround time can be done by any Preserve user. This means there is a lack of control on this field. Can we please make this field editable only with approval? Or a set value is only able to be selected based on the quote and then a tick box that requests urgent turn around with approval? As there is a risk that urgent turn around will be selected potentially costing our company thousands of dolalrs.

When generating a graph in Preserve, the user needs to select one or more data points on the graph to see the associated data underneath the graph in the table. I love to see all points selected by default so specific values can be easily seen. The user could then select a subset of points if they wanted to drill into a particular area.

Discovery required Some MRs are completed across a few days. Should MR dates show as a range, or multiple dates, or the first date, or the last date?

Request the ability to change the order of what field data is entered. This will allow us to set up data entry to mirror field sheets and reduce time required for field data to be entered.
