We have had a couple of instances where we have miss typed the date (example below - 2002 v 2022) and not seen the little red error before hitting next, wiping out the persons roster history for the past 19ish years.

Background: Contractors are inadvertently selecting the wrong roles in the Mobilisation Details tab for the person they are mobilising / remobilising – by two methods; 1. They select the wrong workgroup (we limit roles based upon workgroup); or 2. Simply selecting the wrong role. Currently, if they select the wrong role, we essentially have to reject the request (once it has been submitted) – this is resulting in significant rework, or we have to accept it as it is, then review the requirements of the new role manually within InTuition which is not the point of the system. Request for Change: As reviewers, we should be able to change the workgroup and/or role (within the mobilisation details tab once it has been submitted), which will retrigger the requirements in the SER tab. If they meet the requirements still, sweet, they get approved. If not, we can fix it, send it back to the contractor for modification/update. While still a bit of rework – it is much easier for the contractor to upload a couple of changes, as opposed to a completely new workflow.

Can we please have the option to select which security groups can view the Flight Calendar View? Currently some security groups can only view flights via the Flights Table view. The Calendar view is easier for some people to read.

Is it possible to 'remove a comment' from multiple days within a Roster rather than individually

In Inflight Reschedule you cannot reschedule a flight for the same day only another day. As 99% of our rescheduled flights are same day, we need reschedule to allow same day changes.

Access Alert for +Process a more noticeable feature for access alerts on profiles? Currently, the existing feature may be easily overlooked, and we anticipate that this could lead to potential breaches in the future.

InFlight - Planned and Actual rosters. Please add an option to include the planned roster in the Staff & ERT Leave Planner report, allowing us to compare roster data. A simple tick box to add the planned roster to the report, the same as the non-roster tick box, would be ideal. Alternatively, providing the ability to export the Daily Activity Status to an Excel or CSV file, which includes the 'Planned' data, would also be very helpful.

On the Travel Itinerary section of Travel Confirmations, can you please change "Check-In" to "Check-In Closure". Example attached. We consistently get new travellers reporting that they find the report confusing, as they think that is the time that check-in opens, not closes.

Background: Currently, there is no way to loop in the 'Workgroup' to a workflow email template. It would help greatly if the workgroup will be included, as the approvers for example, can see which workgroups the request relates to, as we have certain people looking after certain workgroups at a time. Request for Change: The Workgroup be made available as a field we can add to the email templates.

Ability to reserve rooms in bulk so they are not allocated in builds. Admins then able to assign the room to a person once the person is known for that future booking.
