Background: Contractors are inadvertently selecting the wrong roles in the Mobilisation Details tab for the person they are mobilising / remobilising – by two methods; 1. They select the wrong workgroup (we limit roles based upon workgroup); or 2. Simply selecting the wrong role. Currently, if they select the wrong role, we essentially have to reject the request (once it has been submitted) – this is resulting in significant rework, or we have to accept it as it is, then review the requirements of the new role manually within InTuition which is not the point of the system. Request for Change: As reviewers, we should be able to change the workgroup and/or role (within the mobilisation details tab once it has been submitted), which will retrigger the requirements in the SER tab. If they meet the requirements still, sweet, they get approved. If not, we can fix it, send it back to the contractor for modification/update. While still a bit of rework – it is much easier for the contractor to upload a couple of changes, as opposed to a completely new workflow.
