We would like to add a feature on the Workforce Kiosk App to display the clean status of a room when a guest is arriving 'today'. This would assist our guests to understand when they arrive to camp, and go straight to their room, whether their room is cleaned for their arrival. If they are arriving to a permanent room, then they will be able to enter the room but have that knowledge from the app whether their room is clean and ready for them or whether it is still pending a clean. See attached mock-up of how this could look.

Hi Team, Would we be able to look at enhancing the folio document to enable keyword search for specific documents. Currently in Site Travel documents the field 'Reason for Travel' translates to the 'Description' field on the task page. This enables the keyword search. This is extremely valuable as it allows the team to work on specific projects/GB's that may be submitted by different users and exclude workflows not related. In a Folio document the 'Reason for travel' field is not linked to the 'Description' field which limits how we can search and process bulk works. Please refer to INX ticket #56513 for further history and examples.

The email address on a traveller's SAM Profile to be restricted so that spaces before/after the email address cannot be accepted. There have been instances of failed to book errors with CBAPI relating to 'invalid email address' and majority of these is due to a space after the email address. EG. ' johnsmith@gmail.com ' If this field could restrict someone even adding a space, that would be great.

Hi Team, Can we look at creating a change report so we are able to audit changes (removals, additions, change to name/description/rooms requested etc.) that have occurred to Group Bookings held in SAM? We would need 2 versions: Similar to SRF241 Profile Change Audit where we can see the naming/description details and what has changed The option to pull a detailed report to see when rooms have been removed/added and by what user. This would be beneficial in GB management to ensure transparency, and if the ability to book via Workflow against a GB is developed in the future this will allow better utilisation breakdowns.

On Accommodation Arrivals page, for Couples Rooms - when the VR room owner arrives, the Clean Status on the VR room is always red 'Incomplete'. This results in Reception having to check on the Master room's clean status, but is also a little confusing. Can the system be improved to simply display the Master room's clean status when on the Accommodation Arrivals page?

Hi Team, Would we be able to have the SAM | Bookings | Group - details page enhanced to include the flight code when GB's are holding flights. Currently we can create a GB but cannot hold commercial flights, only block (indicated with a B- prefix) or a charter (Central Pilbara flights) as SAM | Carrier Bookings cannot manage this with the airline interface, therefore we often have a commercial and a block version of a flight in SAM. If we could see at a glance what transport is held we can quickly identify when this is incorrectly a commercial flight and correct as needed. Please see snippet of what I would like for reference. In SAM, in path - Rooms>Cleaning>Cleaning allocation. When looking at the list of rooms that are on the allocation, currently the room numbers are hyperlinked and take you to the room cleaning history. However this takes place in the current tab, which means you have to navigate back to the cleaning allocation each time. Can we please have the hyperlink to the room cleaning history open a new tab in the browswer, rather than navigate away from the cleaning allocation page? Thanks Adam.

When using the multiple reschedule function on SAM > Transport, the top left-hand corner (box to tick) indicates an option to keep existing shift status, prior to processing multiple reschedule function. However - it does not allow to keep the existing shift status - proceed button doesn't work. Could we have the option enabled ? so the box can ticked, multiple reschedules processed and the existing shift visuals remail intact. This is effective, efficient and accurate for cleaning purpose also -

Hi team, Is it possible to add a button to the details page in a group booking to allow you to navigate to the edit page? Currently when you land on the task page you have the option to edit, details, delete a GB. Edit - Allows you to edit before navigating to the details page. Details - Does not allow further navigation except back to the task page. Having the option to navigate to edit would be very helpful as this will reduce navigating back to proceed with GB management. I have attached an example of what I would like. Thanks, Sean

Currently the Carrier bookings page shows totals for # of Passengers, Pending Bookings and Pending Cancellations. Can there please be a column that captures "Fails" As outlined in the screen shot. Flight VA9486 11/10 in front page tells us that there are 16 Pending bookings 1 of which is a pending cancellation however extra information about failures vs true "pending" would be ideal.
